TERMS OF LEASE
The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be provided on the day requested when using our online ordering software. You must call 4 hours in advance to schedule a same day swap out or pick up or same day service fee will apply. Additional days on your rental period will be $25.00 Per Day or $75.00 per week, starting on the 8th day until the roll-off is picked up. For 2 day rental for additional days on your rental will be $25.00 per day, starting on the 3rd day until the roll-off is picked up. Dumpster rentals go by days not time (hours). Example- Day of drop off counts as day 1.
Additional Charges:
All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded meaning loading above the top of the dumpster or material hanging out. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer authorizes The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer.
Exceeding stated weight allowance will result in an additional charge of $170.00 per ton

Tires and mattresses are additional charge of $25.00 per item.

Please realize that The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC has no control over weather events such as rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc. while the dumpster is in your possession. This may have an impact on the dumpster's weight. We do not have any methods or technology in our possession or at our disposal to prevent rain, snow, or other elements from entering your dumpster. To keep rain or snow out of the dumpster, the customer can cover it with a tarp, sheets of plywood, or any other form of barrier. Furthermore, the dumpsters are not watertight and will not hold water beyond the saturation of the contents. Please keep in mind that our company is responsible for paying the landfill for the contents of your dumpster. We are taxed by weight, therefore if a dumpster is heavier due to water saturation, we must still pay the landfill. No rebates or discounts will be given if rain affects the weight of your dumpster. Customers are allowed to cover dumpster with their own supplied tarp, we just ask to make sure the tarp is off when it is time for pick up of dumpster or there will be a additional fee f$25.00 for spending time having to remove the tarp.
If there is a snow storm dropoff or pickup may be delayed.
If there is a snow storm before drop off or pick up customer is responsible to be sure that there is a clear path in order to drop or pick up dumpster. If not the customer will be charged a dry run.
Please be sure to load dumpster evenly and nothing is allowed to be over the top of the dumpster.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that a clear and accessible way is available for container servicing. A trip fee will be charged if the dumpster is unavailable or not ready for pickup. Overloaded containers, low-laying power lines or tree branches, cars or any other items or materials blocking access to pick up or drop off a container, material heaped up or hanging over the sides of the container, containers that are too heavy to be removed, locked gates or fences, inaccessible driveways or parking lots, or any other reason(s) beyond our control are all valid reasons for us to charge a client the trip fee. The cost of the excursion might range from $75 to $150. This cost covers the driver's wages, fuel, and time spent rerouting the driver's scheduled route.
Waste Material
Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil( no oil tanks),sludge, sewage sludge, etc. We can not mix waste material with yard waste, dirt or stone.
Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste
Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.
Acknowledgement
Customer acknowledges that The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Apon request from customer
The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC will put down pads/wood under dumpster wheels Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.While the dumpster is on the Customer's project site, the Customer is responsible for any penalties, impounds, or charges incurred by state, county, or city agencies
Payment Terms
Customer acknowledges that if customer fails to pay the funds owing in full, The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC has the right to send the issue to an attorney or collection agency. Customer agrees to pay any costs incurred by The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC as a result of this action, including court fees, collection fees, and late fees, in addition to any amount owed. (Returned checks incur a $30 charge.) When an account is placed in Collections, a Mechanic's Lien is placed on the property.
When you order a container from this website, you are providing a personal guarantee. In accordance with PCI compliance rules, all information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card, The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance. The Good Guys Dumpster Rental LLC has the right to charge customer credit card for any overages or extra charges without notifying customer.
